The breakfast was sensational and served as requested very tasty. Views across the town were incredible, the room was perfect little and brand-new. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, probably next on list as everything else was great, it's a plus.
I didn't find view, so was a little disappointed.

Pleasant overall experience. Lively staff and wonderful small and exceptionally comfortable place. Calm area, central location just next door to the harbour side, pubs and beaches like Gunwalloe and Kynance Cove and stunning walks along the cliffs. Charming small place with absolutely stunning views. Extra care from the caring and very helpful staff. Well-equipped rooms, a reasonably large bathroom. Ideal location close to everything and peaceful area. And a 5-minute walk from The Customs House Gallery.
Stayed in guest room with a lovely view which was perfect for me. It had incredible location, short walk to restaurant in pub downstairs, and the harbour front. Also, Porthleven Beach was set nearby.

Reasonably good staff, fantastic views across the town, everything is nice. Very clean bed, brand-new room that has a fine bathroom. Its location is lovely, not very far from Porthleven Beach. At the main bar they serve good food and drinks. Thanks, we definitely coming here again, greatly enjoyed this hotel.

Thank you for a real good stay. Charming small and clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is fantastic. The staff are caring and attentive and I thoroughly enjoyed their attitude. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect and they have parking outside. Overall great food, plus there is The Mussel Shoal close by.
